How long does an ice container last?
Depending on the temperature, they can last 3-6 hours in shade.
What is the longest they last indoors?
6 hours
Are the ice buckets non toxic?
Yes, BUT do not consume them or the melt.

Where does the melt go?
In the various drainage dishes available for rent or you can provide your own. Every hour the dish should be checked and emptied.
Where do we get our flowers?
We purchase our flowers at local farmers markets, on occasion the flowers can be substituted with silk flowers. Flower choices are limited as to the growing season. They must be non toxic to humans (as an oleander would be). None are for consumption. Ornamental only.
How long before the event do you put them out?
10 minutes prior to event is recommended
Do you offer delivery and or setup?
Yes. For additional fees. Please refer to Services & Fees page
Do we need to have freezer space for our event?
Yes, if delivery is hours before the event. No, if Just Chill is employed for the setup.
